I was recently reminded of a blog post of my mother's about my younger siblings' like of veggietales and how they were learning to sing the theme-song.
What do you all think of VT?
I don't mind watching episodes occasionally, the humor is usually well-done.
But it can get old fast...which is funny since that's what children do, LOL.

I have several teen-age (AND ADULT!) friends who love Veggie Tales.. I personally hate it!!! The songs are stupid and so are the stories.

I have issues with it also.
But it is better than other cartoon options.

I never watch it...it looks dumb. And that is my informed opinion on the matter. LOL!
But you're right that it's better than other cartoon options. When South Park came out, we couldn't believe there was a friggin cartoon rated 'R'.

I've never seen it, which strikes me as strange because I have three cousins under the age of three. They're way more into Dora and Elmo though haha. At least they're out of the Boobah and Teletubbies stage. Those two shows drove me NUTS!

Teletubbies? Good god . Yes, that is one advantage to having no younger siblings or living with anybody of that age. What I can't believe is how many teenagers are into Spongebob Squarepants .

Teletubbies? Good god . Yes, that is one advantage to having no younger siblings or living with anybody of that age. I've seen that (but don't watch it. ) and it's really, really stupid. It's worse on our t.v. though, 'cause ours is a South African network and they have the British version of American t.v. shows. Just imagine a stupid cartoon with the adults having these horrid, British accents. (I like some accents, but most British ones are horrid.) What I can't believe is how many teenagers are into Spongebob Squarepants . Another show I've never seen but "just looks dumb".

Agreed on all counts. Although, personally, British accents can be excellent.
I also like Australian accents.

Key words there are "can be". And I love Australian accents.. There were two guys from Australia at Brad's church in Carthage, and they had awesome accents!

Ah...Aussie accents....can NEVER get enough of them, male or female.
In general, I'm a sucker for accents....but Aussie is way at the top of the list.

Aussie? Oh that is da bomb. And who has been to Australia? That would be...me . First foreign country I went to. But I was in 5th grade, too young to comprehend the sexiness of accents...or of anything else for that matter. Sexiness...is that a word? Well now it is, lol.

Mmm....Aussies...great people, great culture, great country, very good politics, staunch allies of ours, etc.
Gotta love 'em.
