Put it this way... You'd help if I was the one burying it.

Hmm...yeah, I suppose I'd turn the car and flip the headlights on so you could see where you were digging.
Now tell me, if you didn't have a handy-dandy shovel in your trunk, how, pray tell, would you handle this situation?

Now tell me, if you didn't have a handy-dandy shovel in your trunk, how, pray tell, would you handle this situation? You actually thought I stop and bury it right there next to the road and/or but up a cross for it? Hehe... Sheesh, I thought you be able to figure out that I'd take it home and give it a proper burial in my back yard.

Well, but if you're busy, are you gonna leave the thing decomposing in your vehicle?
And how, pray tell, would YOU be alone?

Well, but if you're busy, are you gonna leave the thing decomposing in your vehicle? I am never to busy to attend the funeral of an animal. Esp. if it's in my car! And how, pray tell, would YOU be alone? Who ever said I'd be alone?

Well - what if you were on YOUR way to one of your friend's funerals?
I presumed you'd be alone since you were talking about 'your' car and what 'you' would do...never implying that there was anyone with you.

Well - what if you were on YOUR way to one of your friend's funerals? Then I'd bury it along with my friend!!! LOL! I presumed you'd be alone since you were talking about 'your' car and what 'you' would do...never implying that there was anyone with you. Don't presume. I don't care who's car I'm in, if I'm the one driving; I'll stop.

What if you were on your way to watch Jake Delhomme play in the Super Bowl?
What if you're not the one driving?

haha...yes I am...but hey it's not my fault we got on the subject of dead possums. Aww... I like Possum's are cute. I would love to have one for a pet. (Yes, I'm a Southerner! ) I thought you people shot possums.

Nice, Shannon, very nice. I was sort of thinking that myself.
And now time for a joke:
Why did the chicken cross the road?
To show the possum there was a way.
