Since they are the only undefeated team left in the nation, I personally feel they should get in the BCS championship game.
They won't, because the system is flawed.
I could care less about their schedule - they're undefeated.

I don't think the schedule is a valid argument against Hawaii anymore, not after this "Year Of The Upset."

Well, I understand your argument that they should have a shot at the title, just because you are undefeated, but theoretically a team could schedule all cupcake teams and go undefeated, not saying that Hawaii did this, but there schedule is pretty easy

So what? They still had to play those games and win.
OSU, LSU, WVU, MIZZOU, and everyone else LOST.
Hawaii should be there.
I'm officially done with the BCS, now. It's pissed me off for years, but this year is the last straw. It's not just Hawaii not making it - OSU making it *again* is incredibly disappointing.
And as some here might be able to attest, I do like LSU and root for them.
Boise State should have been in the national championship last year - yes, they probably would have lost to FLA, but they should have been there.
It should be based on merit, not some mathematical formula that is most likely somewhat manipulated - it's a lot easier to make money off of LSU-OSU than Mizzou/WVU or WVU/Kansas or Oklahoma/Hawaii, etc.
I shouldn't be annoyed or surprised anymore, I should expect it. Actually, I did expect it. I just hoped for once that the RIGHT thing would be done.
A team with one loss and undefeated Hawaii should be in the national championship game right now, no ands, ifs, or buts.

Notre Dame has a cupcake schedule every year - ND was really bad this year and lost to a lot of those cupcakes - ND is now not getting a bowl game. However, they had a cupcake schedule...but they couldn't do anything with it. To me, having a cupcake schedule does not mean much in college football - besides, there are two other mitigating factors at play here:
1) Not many 'big' or so-called 'real' teams want to play Hawaii 2) No one knows who will be good or bad before the season. Wanna bet most teams thought Kansas and Mizzou were cupcakes on their schedules? How'd that work out for them?

Since they are the only undefeated team left in the nation, I personally feel they should get in the BCS championship game. Does this game have any other name? I could care less about their schedule - they're undefeated. Amen. I'm officially done with the BCS, now. It's pissed me off for years, but this year is the last straw. It's not just Hawaii not making it - OSU making it *again* is incredibly disappointing. I was talking to my Grandpa last week about Collage Football and I tld him that they need to take the "C" out of the BCS. He died laughing. (Probably 'cause he's never heard me talk that way before!)

True. That's one of the reasons I don't really follow college football--it's so much more complicated.
