Hello,
I'm new to the site. My family is going to Boston for a vacation, and hopefully attend training camp next week, but we are flying and would prefer not to rent a car. I see there are trains that go to Foxborough for actual games, but is there a transit/public transportation method to get from downtown Boston to the stadium during training camp? I'm looking for suggestions.
Thanks...I'm a longtime Canadian Patriot fan.

The trains only run to Foxboro on game day. Parking and traffic are no problem for camp if that's what you're worried about. It's a breeze to get in and out and parking is free. btw... public practice times are winding down. The next public practice is Monday 8/11 @ 8:45AM. The evening is for media only and they haven't announced any dates after that yet.

Sorry.. just re-read it and notice that you don't have a car. You might try checking the mbta site and see if there is a "regular" stop that may get you closer but I think you'll still have to take at least a cab in. Sorry.

Thanks... It's too hard to get there by train on non-game days, so the plan is to rent a car for the day and go out.
Hopefully there will be another couple of days!!! I'm so stoked to get there, and will be sad if I wasted this week in the office when I could have been at practice.
