Tedy, Heidi, and family; our prayers go out to you from way up here in maine. Your character and heart make me proud to call you my favorite Patriot. I just got a Bruschi jersey, and I wear it with so much pride. Partly because of the team and what it stands for, but more for you and the way you make me proud to be a Patriot fan with your humility, your decency, your love of family, and your incredible attitude. Watching you catch interceptions is like watching a child at Christmas. Know that whatever is wrong, no matter what happens, you are in our hearts forever. My username is 1TruPatriot, and that is in your honor. Godspeed.

I hope you get better soon Tedy! You have a wonderful family at home and a large family of fans hoping you get back to 110%. Whether you get back on the field or not, you have nothing to prove to me anymore, I know you're a GREAT football player. We need you back because I can't imagine us doing this without you. You're an amazing person and you touch all of our lives and I know I'm grateful. You're my hero and I want you to know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks for everything #54! Go Patriots!!!

Hey Tedy, I met you in San Diego in 2002, and I will never forget it. I send out my prayers to you and your family for strength and comfort as you get through this difficult time. I pray for your full recovery as well. We are all thinking of you and will continue to do so with great concern for your health. Please understand that we care more for your health and your family than anything football.
Get well soon, big guy!!!

Tedy,
Our hopes and prayers are with you! Get well soon! We want to be cheering you on, on the field next season!
But if the doctors do say you need to retire, be assured that no one will hold it against you -- though we'd miss you on the field, it's more important that you're around for a long time for Heidi and the kids.

We fans love you alot. I can't tell you what a shock it was to read you weren't feeling well. It just shows how much you and team and us fans have become a big family. Take good care of yourself and your family. Looking forward to you feeling better.

I'm a 61 year old man, who's been a Patriots fan since the team was created in 1960. In all of those years, before and since the Patriots came along, I've never seen a professional athlete who I respected more as both a player and a person than you, Tedy. You're Full Tilt, Full Time on and off the field, to fellow players, fans, and, most importantly, your family. They need you. We all love you. Get well soon, and do what is best for them.

Tedy,
We're all hoping and praying for a full and speedy recovery, not because you're a great football player (which you are), but because you're a great guy and a great human being.
Take care of yourself, get well, and don't think about football.
Best wishes.
