So, post your starting line-up - your all-time favorite players, not necessarily stars.
Actually, go ahead and do three shifts, and three goalies.
Here's mine.
Paul Kariya - Sergei Federov - Teemu Selanne
Scott Neidermayer - Oleg Tverdosky
Dominick Hasek
Chris Drury - Jaromir Jagr - Eric Stahl
Chris Pronger - Ruslan Salei
Jean-Sebastien Giguere
Petr SYKORA - Steve Rucchin - Sammy Pahlsson
Chris Chelios - Stu Barnes
Cam Ward
Alright, so some of those guys are a little out of position. But in NHL Faceoff 2001 I converted Stu Barnes to a defenseman b/c it allowed me to have four forwards on the ice, posing match-up problems big-time.
In NHL 2006 I made Pahlsson a right wing over leaving him at center because I created myself at center.
My honorable mentions list is huge...it includes guys like Peca in Edmonton, or Andy McDonald, or Smehlik (defenseman for Buffalo a long time ago). I could go on and on - Wayne Gretzky, Steve Yzerman, Mike Modano, etc.
Man, I love hockey. It's weird, I don't show it much, but then I think about it, and I can't find anything I dislike.

Also - Anaheim and Buffalo *NEED* to go back to their old colors/logos/nicknames POSTHASTE.

Well I've only been following hockey a couple years so I don't know too many players except those on the B's, but I can piece something together maybe.
Patrice Bergeron-Sidney Crosby-Brad Boyes (not because Boyes is among the greatest of all time, but because I liked him and the trio worked great for Team Canada)
Marco Sturm-Marc Savard-Alex Ovechkin (Because I also like Sturm and Savvy and you gotta throw Ovechkin in there somewhere)
Petr Kalus-Phil Kessel-Eric Staal (Because I still think we shouldn't have gotten rid of Kalus)
Defense:
Zdeno Chara-Jaromir Jagr (Because Jaromir Jagr is friggin' big and should really be a defenseman. Can we call them the twin towers? lol)
Andrew Alberts-Milan Lucic (Because Lucic is a sweet scrapper and also should really be a defenseman)
Ray Bourque-Bobby Orr (Why not? You said all-time didn't you?)
Goalies:
Martin Biron Martin Brodeur Marty Turco
Goalie Honorable Mention: Randy Jones, because I would love to see him pelted with cold pieces of galvanized rubber at nearly 100mph on a nightly basis ;D.
P.S. I agree on the ANA/BUF logos. Buffalo's really does look like a slug.

Most of the guys I mentioned were Anaheim Mighty Ducks at a point in time...
The players don't have to be the greatest, just the ones you know/like.
I tried Jagr out at defenseman once, it was pretty cool, but I preferred him at forward and Barnes at defenseman.

Big people don't have to be defensemen.
I'm 6'4" 280 lbs, and I'm a wing...

I'm 6'2 235 - you have me out-heighted and out-weighted, Chris.
