[glow=red,2,300]TEDY[/glow]You are the greatest! Please know that you have people literally all around the world praying for your speedy and full recovery. You are truely one of the great people to ever don a New England Patriots uniform. Your amazing approach to life and the game of football have earned you the respect of countless millions. We love you and the fact that your style of football will forever be part of the PATRIOTS heritage! You are the consumate professional. Seeing you before the 49ers game was the highlight of my trip home to see the Patriots in January. Now, get yourself better, because your health is the most important thing for your fans. We need you to be your regular FULL TILT for every day. You need to get yourself ready to go the White House again. You and President Bush must be getting pretty chummy after so many trips. After you come back we can start to think about next season. Because we still play them One Game at A Time, and you have lots more games to play. Again, get well soon. Looking forward to Bruschi Brew X (rootbeer) Ed "Erdoboy" Fackler Osaka, Japan Visit me @ New England Patriots Archive www.erdoboy.com/patriots/

I just want to say that you, Tedy Bruschi, are the epitome of all that's good in sports today. You are the ultimate team player as well as the heart and soul of the Patriots and all of Patriots Nation. I truly believe that an athlete in todays sports who is willing to take well below what he is worth and not demand millions just to stay and play with the team he loves, deserves the respect of his team and his fans. And you Tedy have it!!!!! My thoughts are with you and your beautiful family at this time. And though I know this goes without saying.....take care of yourself above all else. We in the Nation will miss you if you cannot be with us at the beginning of the season, all season or ever again...but you will forever be loved no matter the outcome. You have nothing to prove...you've done it all. Here's to seeing #54 on our team and in good health again....we'll be waiting with open arms when it happens. One final thought, I think the reason you are so admired and loved by the fans is that the fans truly feel you appreciate and love us back. FULL TILT!! FULL TIME!!

Tedy, I was sad to hear of your illness and that you were in the hospital- I am sending along my hopes and prayers that you will be better soon.
You are a great player and your actions on and off the field show that you are also a great person, husband and dad.
I had the chance to meet you at training camp last year during a very difficult time in my life and it made my week, my month, my year. I hope I have the chance to see you at camp next year as well as making QB's crazy on the field! If not just know that you have touched many peoples lives and made watching the Pats play an even more enjoyable experience!
One day at a time- Full Tilt Full Time!! Stay strong!

Tedy- From two big Pats fans (me, Mike, and my wife, Melanie), a speedy and full recovery. Like other folks on this thread, we wish you a long and happy life with your young family. If you step back onto the grass of Gillette, we will cheer you as loudly as ever, but even if you don't, your FTFT attitude will be there, because no matter what, you'll always be the ultimate exemplar of what we Pats fans are proudest of...the men on both sides of the ball (and those in the headsets!). I lost my job on Monday, and have been keeping a brave face on things, because, after all, it's only job. When I heard about your illness, it was just one of those things that really put the priorities of life in perspective. I'll find another job, but life's a one-way ticket, so you might as well make the most of it. Take care of yourself. It's player we cheer for, but it's the man we admire. Thanks for all the sacrifices you have made for us fans. Mike Marchand Brighton, MA

Hi Tedy
You are an inspiration as a football player, father, husband, and loyal, high character person. We are thinking of you and know you will get better. I had a very similar cerebral event having torqued my neck and wound up with 3 weeks of headaches, inablity even to walk, and docs thinking I had a week to live, but I have been back playing tennis 4 times a week for years now.
Selfishly, I'd love to see you not miss a beat on the football field, but football is tougher than tennis. Even if you can't play, I know you'll be a Patriots coach, and your attitude and football IQ will multiply on the team! But we're far from counting you out on the field yourself. Get better big guy, we're rooting hard for you.
Best, Bill and Cheryl

Hey there! I was absolutely surprised to hear what happened. I'm thinking about you and your family and know that you all will get through this together just fine. When I get the chance to catch a game with all your local supporters, and trust me there sure are alot of them, it is always exciting. You played a fabulous game at the Super Bowl and I look forward to watching you play many more for years to come. Get better soon.
